It's obviously that the Tisso corporation is trying to weasel out from the responsibility of compensation.

And I'm worried about that the Japanese government will consent to the Tisso's request.

The Fukusima nuclear problem makes me feel that the Japanese government prefers to protect the capitalists' interest rather than ordinary citizens'.

私から見れば、チッソの分社化は水俣病患者の賠償責任から逃そうとすることが明らかだ。

分社化するとき、もしチッソが偽なデータを報告して、
主な会社の財産を子会社にこっそり配るなら、親会社はやがて潰れてしまい、
チッソはこれまでの桎梏から解放され、子会社で儲けることができる。

分社化への査察問題は大きな問題で、なかなか解決しにくいと思う。
